The cooperation between our two countries is entering a new era. The time has come to energize and unleash the necessary potential to promote exchanges between Chinese and Congolese citizens to a higher level in all areas.

To this end, a more dynamic diplomatic environment will be created in which the friendly peoples of our two countries must thrive in exchanges in the political, economic, scientific, cultural, and artistic fields. This is why we will strengthen friendly relations in a momentum where the Chinese and Congolese peoples will advance side by side towards an even stronger partnership based on the principle of truly shared prosperity.

It is time to lay solid foundations and create the necessary conditions for a new generation of hybrid knowledge, a true blend of Sino-Congolese knowledge must lead to the ultimate stage of cooperation, which is the Global Strategic Partnership.

This will facilitate the dissemination of numerous business opportunities offered by the Democratic Republic of Congo to China and those from China to the Democratic Republic of Congo. Efforts to promote institutional rapprochement, share scientific knowledge, and exchange on development factors will be intensified through new public-private partnerships, inter-university collaborations, and numerous new twinnings between the provinces of our two countries to create a conducive framework for investments in several sectors to support and boost the industrialization and diversification of the Congolese economy.
